Starting to get ready...

We started painting the nursery on Friday and finished it up Saturday afternoon. We had a few "minor" setbacks (like dumping a ton of paint on the canvas floor covering!) but we both agree that it looks great! We are looking forward to seeing it with the furniture once it arrives. We'll post the pictures of the finished room soon.



We installed a chair rail in the baby's room. Will's Mom painted the vine design that was etched into the wood so that it stood out.

Maddy stood guard to make sure noone interrupted Will's work!

Allie was a bit nervous about the painting so she was a little tentative about coming into the room. Anything new scares her, so she kept her distance.
