HaHaHa...today is Aunt Shauna's Birthday!!!

Today is my Aunt Shauna's Birthday!!! Can you believe that this baby (see below) is now...29

years old... Mom says that she is still "young" ;)

My new FAVORITE thing to do is take my hairclip out and eat it. It is great fun and it drives Mommy nuts!

PS- Look for some pictures from my trip to New York. We had a good time BUT Grandpa was sick for the first two days and Nana was sick for the last two days. They were both sick in bed!! I couldn't believe it and I was kind of sad because we couldn't play or anything!

FUNdraiser...

YEAH...FUNdraiser :)

Olivia and I are participating in our first fundraiser! In April we are going to walk in "Walk to Defeat ALS". We joined an organization here called the M.O.M.S club. It stand for Mothers Offering Mothers Support. Olivia loves the playgroups and I like meeting other Moms. It is a very friendly group of ladies.

As many of you know, my Grandfather was diagnosed with ALS in 2005 and passed away from the disease in 2007. This is a cause near and dear to my heart so I was very excited to learn that the M.O.M.S. club chose Walk to Defeat ALS as one of their fundraising causes.

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Hey y'all...Happy Valentine's Day!!

We had a GREAT Valentine's Day. We went out to lunch with Mom, Dad and Uncle Jeb! My Turkey, Rice, Vegetable dinner is so much better when I am in a restaurant high chair. Then we did some shopping. I took a nap and then it was picture time! Mom said it is hard to get good pictures because I am always moving. She will get me looking all pretty and then I try and scoot towards here. It makes picture taking very tricky!

I got a special Valentine's Day bib from Aunt Rita. I kept turning towards Maddy, it made it hard for Mom to get a good picture!

Cute Clapper Can't Crawl

Hi everyone!

Sorry my Mom has been a slacker regarding the blog postings. I just can't seem to give her enough time to get on the computer AND I am not even crawling yet! I think she might also be experiencing some writer's block...whatever that means!

I am still not crawling BUT I scoot around on my backside. I am still trying to crawl but just haven't mastered it. I keep going backwards and getting stuck under the coffee table. Mom is going to try and let me practice upstairs where there is some more open space.

Ready...set...GO!

Just kidding...I am stuck again...my foot is through the slat and I can't get it out. I have even developed a blood blister on that pinkie toe from getting it stuck! Don't worry, it doesn't hurt ;)

Sunshine...Daydream...

I got sick last week. Yup...I got sick and couldn't make the trip home. I was very sad but Mom made sure we had fun today. .

Our trip home to NY has been cancelled :(

Poor Olivia is still sick. We went to the doctor today and she has double ear infections and she has congestion in her chest. I knew she was congested but I was surprised about the ear infections. She hasn't been pulling at ears or giving them any extra attention. I think she must be a tough little girl. She did wake up twice last night and that was probably because of her ears. She has an ill stomach too which has resulted in some nasty episodes after her bottle (I think you get my drift here without to much detail). Her last bottle was fine which is good because we don't want her to get dehydrated.

We will try and reschedule the trip for another time. She will be back to her old self in no time and then we can post some new pictures :)

Where have all the smiles gone?

Poor little Olivia has a terrible cold! She has had a fever for the past two days, runny nose and cough. She is NOT happy! I can't wait to see her smiles and hear her giggles again. She looks so pitiful!

Anyway, I have been busy taking care of our patient and killing germs. I also have a bit of a cold myself. It is kind of hard not to catch her cold when she uses me as Kleenex and finds it entertaining to stick her WET (germ infested) thumb in my mouth. Ahhh, the joys of motherhood...wouldn't trade it for anything!
